Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent/Concierge, where your enthusiasm and dedication will create memorable experiences for our guests. In this lively role, you'll be the first point of contact, providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energy and professionalism will set the tone for an outstanding stay, making every guest feel welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in/check-out processes Manage reservations using property management systems (PMS) such as OPERA or similar hospitality reservation platforms Provide accurate information about hotel services, local attractions, and amenities to enhance guest experiences Handle guest requests promptly and efficiently, resolving issues with a customer service-oriented approach Maintain phone etiquette by answering inquiries, making reservations, and communicating with guests via phone or email Assist with night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Follow hotel emergency procedures to ensure guest safety and coordinate with relevant departments during incidents Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations, with familiarity using property management systems (PMS) like OPERA preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Strong customer service skills with a focus on problem-solving and guest relations Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to respond confidently during emergencies Excellent phone communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette Previous resort or hotel experience, especially in roles involving guest services and night audit functions Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a friendly and energetic demeanor This role is perfect for motivated individuals passionate about delivering top-tier hospitality experiences. Pay:
$22.00 - $26.00 per hour Expected hours: 42.0 per week
