Front Desk Agent Mechanicsburg, PA Hyatt Studios is currently seeking part- and full-time Front Desk Agents to service their Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania location. In this role, you will be responsible for checking in/out guests and responding to guests' requests.

Dependent on experience The right candidate will have: Previous experience working at front desk in a hotel setting Positive attitude and service-minded work ethic Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays Our Front Desk Agent will: Greet, check-in, and check out guests when they arrive and leave the premises Distribute keys and room assignments Record credit card and personal information Manage room bookings in-person, online, and through incoming calls Answer guests' questions about hotel amenities, rewards programs, special requests, and any other needs Perform regular bookkeeping duties Connect with the housekeeping department to ensure guest accommodation is ready If you are interested in this position, please submit a current resume for consideration!
