Job Overview Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face of our resort, ensuring every guest experiences exceptional service from check-in to check-out. This energetic role offers the opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, provide outstanding guest services, and create memorable stays for visitors from around the world. As a key member of our front desk team, you will handle guest inquiries, manage reservations, and maintain smooth operations at the front desk with professionalism and enthusiasm. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in process Manage reservations efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Provide accurate information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services in multiple languages as needed Handle guest requests and complaints promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and guest relations skills Perform night audit procedures to reconcile daily transactions and ensure financial accuracy Maintain a tidy and organized front desk area while adhering to phone etiquette standards Assist with guest check-out processes and process payments securely Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth operations Skills Hotel experience with a focus on front desk operations Strong customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and guest interaction techniques Familiarity with hotels environments and guest relations best practices Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, and holidays as needed Join us in creating welcoming environments where guests feel valued and cared for!
