Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and energetic Hotel Front Desk Associate to join our team. In this vital role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing outstanding customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. Your enthusiasm and professionalism will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out procedures efficiently. Handle guest requests, inquiries, and concerns with a positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction. Operate multi-line phone systems with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette. Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system. Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance guest experience. Manage guest relations by resolving issues promptly and courteously, fostering a welcoming environment. Support night audit procedures when scheduled, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service excellence. Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests. Previous hotel management or front desk experience preferred. Knowledge of hotel operations including night audit processes and guest services. Excellent communication skills with a focus on phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems. Ability to handle guest relations professionally while maintaining composure under pressure. Familiarity with resort environments and hospitality standards to deliver top-tier service.
