Front Desk Agent :

greet and register guests, provide prompt and courteous services, and close out guest accounts upon completion of stay. Assist guests efficiently and courteously in all functions, while projecting high standards of service and professional hospitality at all times. We are the newest hotel in State College with 165 rooms and our company offers excellent benefits, training and growth opportunities, as well as an engaging work environment.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, and proven customer service experience required. Opera experience preferred. Check-in and check-out guests in a knowledgeable, efficient, and professional manner. Accurately handle future and same day reservations. Maintain accuracy in cash handling procedures, including hotel credit, cash in advance and check cashing procedures. Properly assign room locations, rate room selling strategies, and guaranteed or requested room types. Assist guests efficiently and courteously in all functions, while projecting high standards of service and professional hospitality at all times. Take proactive approaches when dealing with guest concerns, to ensure complete guest satisfaction. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including some evenings, weekends and holidays.
