Job Description
At Pure | headspa | , the guest experience begins long before a service starts. We are a high-end holistic salon and head spa seeking an exceptional Front of House | Guest Experience team member who understands hospitality, takes pride in the smallest details, and genuinely enjoys caring for people. This position is the heart of our front-of-house experience. You will be the first welcome when guests arrive and the final touchpoint as they leave. What We're Looking For Our ideal candidate is someone who naturally notices things others may overlook. You can warmly greet a guest while keeping an eye on the schedule, noticing what needs attention in the space, answering the phone, preparing for the next arrival, and ensuring checkout is handled accurately. We are especially interested in candidates with experience in hospitality, hotels, upscale restaurants, spas, salons, luxury retail, or other highly guest-focused environments. Salon experience is not required . Hospitality experience and exceptional attention to detail are highly valued. Your Role Will Include Warmly welcoming and checking in our guests Creating a polished, thoughtful front-of-house experience Managing appointment booking, rescheduling, and confirmations Learning and confidently navigating our booking and POS system Handling guest checkout and payments accurately Answering calls, texts, and guest inquiries professionally Learning our services so you can confidently assist guests with booking Monitoring the daily schedule and helping appointments flow smoothly Communicating closely with our service team throughout the day Maintaining an immaculate and beautifully presented front-of-house area Supporting retail purchases and maintaining retail displays Anticipating guest and team needs before being asked Assisting with light front-of-house tasks necessary to keep the salon running beautifully
