Front Desk & Facility Attendant - Hyper Zone Indoor Playground Hyper Zone Indoor Playground is hiring for our new location at Warwick Mall in Warwick, RI. We are looking for a reliable, friendly, and hardworking person to join our team. This position will start part-time , with the opportunity to move into full-time for the right person.

Starting Pay:

$18/hour All employees will begin with a 1-week paid training period at $18/hour . After the training period, we will review performance and determine whether the position is a good fit for both sides.

Main Responsibilities:

Welcome customers and provide friendly customer service Handle front desk check-in and customer admission Check and manage customer memberships Process payments using our POS/computer system Answer basic customer questions and provide assistance Keep the front desk and entire facility clean and organized Regularly clean and sanitize play areas, tables, floors, bathrooms, and other areas as needed Make sure the facility stays clean and presentable throughout the entire shift Restock supplies and keep cleaning materials organized Be comfortable working independently and taking responsibility for the facility during certain shifts

Requirements:

Reliable, responsible, and punctual Friendly and professional with customers, families, and children Comfortable using computers and learning a POS system Must be willing to clean and sanitize throughout the shift — cleaning is an important part of this position Able to stay organized and complete tasks without constant supervision Comfortable working independently Must be available on weekends, especially Saturday and Sunday Morning and/or evening availability preferred Looking for someone interested in a long-term opportunity Previous customer service, front desk, retail, or POS experience is helpful, but we are willing to train the right person.

Pay:

From $18.00 per hour Expected hours: 18.0 per week
