Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Guest Service Agent to join our dynamic hospitality team! In this vital role, you will be the welcoming face of our property, delivering exceptional guest experiences from the moment they arrive. Your enthusiasm, professionalism, and attention to detail will ensure every guest feels valued and cared for throughout their stay. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality expertise, problem-solving skills, and multilingual abilities in a fast-paced environment. Whether managing reservations, assisting with guest inquiries, or coordinating with hotel management, your positive attitude will help create memorable moments for our guests. Must be open to work both Morning (7am-3pm) & Evening (3pm-11pm) shifts. Also, Weekends and Holidays as needed. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience using hospitality reservation systems such as FOSSE or Property Management Systems (PMS). Handle guest requests efficiently, ensuring their needs are met with promptness and courtesy through multi-line phone systems and face-to-face interactions. Manage reservations, cancellations, and modifications accurately while maintaining up-to-date records in hotel management software. Assist guests with inquiries about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services using excellent client communication skills. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless guest services and resolve any issues swiftly. Follow hotel emergency procedures diligently to ensure guest safety at all times and participate in night audit processes when required. Maintain professional phone etiquette during all interactions and demonstrate exceptional customer service problem-solving abilities to enhance guest satisfaction. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within a hotel or resort setting. Strong knowledge of hotel management systems such as FOSSE and property management software (PMS). Multilingual or bilingual capabilities to serve diverse guest populations effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and problem resolution. Familiarity with hotel emergency procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest well-being. Ability to operate multi-line phone systems efficiently while maintaining professionalism. Experience in night audit procedures and handling complex client communication scenarios.
