Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Responsibilities Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a smooth check-in process. Manage reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities. Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions using hotel management software. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately processed. Provide recommendations for local attractions, dining options, and activities to enhance the guest experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the front desk area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest services throughout their stay. Skills Strong guest relations skills with a focus on customer service excellence. Experience in front desk operations within a resort or hotel setting is preferred. Proficiency in hotel management software and phone systems. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with guests and staff. Ability to perform night audit tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail in managing guest requests.
