Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and energetic person to join our vibrant hospitality team as a bellperson. In this role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest receives exceptional service from check-in to check-out. You are the first and last touch of our guests that will help create memorable experiences for our diverse clientele. As a key member of our f guest services team, you will manage guest relations, handle inquiries with professionalism, and maintain smooth operations during your shift. Main duties are greeting guests upon arrival, departure, assisting guests with luggage, touring the hotel and grounds and does require a drivers license to do guest drop offs with a company vehicle. The position is 100% standing. Shift length varies from 4-8 hours. Currently we have part time hours available. Must be able to work holidays and weekends. Pay is hourly + possible gratuities Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a positive first impression and seamless check-in experience Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, providing accurate information and assistance to callers Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries promptly to ensure maximum satisfaction Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to address guest needs efficiently Conduct night audit procedures, balancing accounts and preparing reports to close daily operations Maintain excellent guest relations through personalized service and attentive communication Uphold phone etiquette standards and ensure all interactions reflect the hotel's welcoming atmosphere Assist with guest luggage; able to lift 50 lbs Guide and tour guests throughout our property and to their rooms Drive company car for drop off appointments Deliver packages or needed items to guest rooms Mainain a clean working area Qualifications Strong customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor Knowledge of hotel management systems and night audit procedures Exceptional communication skills, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone system handling Previous hotel or resort experience preferred, especially in guest services or front desk roles Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends, in a fast-paced environment Join us to deliver outstanding hospitality experiences!
