Essential Job Functions Provide exceptional guest service by greeting guests warmly, maintaining eye contact, using a positive tone, actively listening, and responding appropriately. Maximize revenue and guest satisfaction by applying effective selling techniques, optimizing occupancy and rates, and delivering accurate information about hotel facilities. Follow hotel policies and procedures by maintaining a cash bank, adhering to accounting guidelines, handling guest room keys responsibly, and protecting guest privacy. Support hotel operations by coordinating with departments, staying updated on front office activities, operating office equipment, handling check-ins/check-outs efficiently, and adhering to safety protocols. Full-time hours available (at least 30 hours per week). Must be able to work flexible work hours/schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Experience/Education High school diploma or general education degree or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred. Must be able to speak, read, and understand English.
