Job Description

A Front Desk Lead Receptionist is the first point of contact with the guests staying at Wingate Hotel. This position is responsible for handling all aspects of a guests stay at our facility. As a Front Desk Agent, this position will play an important role in making sure that each guest has an enjoyable stay & exceptional service during their visit. You will be working very closely in General Manager. OPERA cloud 2 Plus years experience required.

Our ideal candidate for the position should have the following qualities. 1) Effective Communicator 2) Professionalism 3) Interpersonal aplomb 4) Multitasking Capabilities 5) Organizational abilities 6) Technical Prowess 7) Service oriented 8) Guest Friendly As a Front Desk Lead Receptionist duties include but not limited to: Process Reservations, registrations, and extensions based on availability obtaining all necessary information and payments within established standards while also creating sales leads. Demonstrates and promotes a strong commitment to providing the best possible experience for our guests and fellow team members. Requires excellent customer service and problem solving skills, and maintains customers' privacy. Must be able to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays. Complies with all safety and security polices in accordance established standards Maintains a professional business appearance, attitude and performance. Depending on Shift Assigned, additional duties may include Laundry, Stocking, cleaning of public areas, perform safety tours or performing audit duties.
