Summary We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team at Beach Properties of Hilton Head. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, assisting them in planning their perfect vacation while ensuring they receive the highest level of service. Your contributions will be vital in enhancing guest satisfaction and promoting our luxurious properties. Responsibilities Assist guests with inquiries regarding vacation rentals and services offered. Provide exceptional customer service through various communication channels including phone, email, and in-person interactions. Process reservations and manage guest accounts accurately. Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure satisfaction. Collaborate with team members to enhance guest experiences and streamline operations. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. Requirements Proven experience in customer service or client-facing roles. Strong communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Familiarity with sales techniques is a plus but not required. Basic computer skills for data entry and managing reservations; experience with call center operations is beneficial.
