Job Description

Overview We are seeking a friendly and professional Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team at our hotel. The ideal candidate will serve as the first point of contact for guests, providing exceptional guest services and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role requires strong communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Previous hotel experience and multilingual abilities are highly valued to enhance guest relations and support diverse clientele. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to guests Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly to ensure guest satisfaction Maintain accurate reservation records and update guest information in the hotel management system Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms meet quality standards Process payments accurately and handle cash or credit transactions securely Support night audit procedures as needed, including balancing accounts and preparing reports Uphold high standards of guest relations, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay Qualifications Previous experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations preferred Strong customer service skills with a professional demeanor Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus to assist diverse guests effectively Knowledge of hotel management software and multi-line phone systems preferred Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work flexible hours, including night shifts if necessary Familiarity with resort operations and guest services is advantageous A friendly attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment are essential This position offers an engaging opportunity to be part of a dynamic hospitality team dedicated to delivering memorable guest experiences.
Pay:
$17.00 - $19.00 per hour
