Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and friendly Front Desk Agent to be the welcoming face of our organization. In this vital role, you will serve as the first point of contact for our guest, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk. Your energetic approach and organizational skills will help create a positive experience for everyone who walks through our doors. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your administrative and customer service expertise while contributing to a professional and vibrant environment. Responsibilities Greet guest & vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing excellent customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage filing systems to ensure quick access to important documents. Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with office management duties to support daily operations. Use technical proficiency in computer skills and office management software to support administrative functions. Communicate clearly via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Requirements
FOSSE EXPERIERENCE HIGHLY PREFERRED
Proven clerical experience or office experience with strong organizational skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with productivity software. Experience with data entry, filing, and managing spreadsheets accurately. Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone communication abilities. Bilingual capabilities are highly desirable to serve diverse client needs effectively. Strong computer literacy and technical proficiency in office management tools. Exceptional time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently. Previous experience working at a front desk is preferred but not required.
