Responsibilities Greet guest & vendors with enthusiasm and professionalism, providing excellent customer service. Manage multi-line phone systems efficiently, directing calls accurately and courteously. Handle data entry tasks using productivity software such as Microsoft Office, spreadsheets, and word processing tools to maintain accurate records. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and manage filing systems to ensure quick access to important documents. Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with office management duties to support daily operations. Use technical proficiency in computer skills and office management software to support administrative functions. Communicate clearly via phone and in person, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and client communication skills. Requirements
