Part-Time Front Desk Agent Job Summary We are seeking friendly, dependable, and customer-focused individuals to join our team as Part-Time Front Desk Agents . This seasonal position plays a vital role in creating memorable guest experiences by providing exceptional service from check-in through departure. The ideal candidate enjoys working with people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is committed to upholding Marriott's standards of hospitality. This is a part-time position with flexible scheduling based on business needs. Candidates must be available to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Essential Responsibilities Welcome guests with a warm and professional demeanor. Complete guest check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently. Process reservations, room assignments, and payment transactions. Answer phone calls, respond to guest inquiries, and provide information about hotel services and local attractions. Resolve guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary. Coordinate with Housekeeping and Maintenance to ensure guest rooms are ready and guest requests are fulfilled. Maintain accurate records and balance cash and credit transactions. Follow Marriott brand standards, hotel policies, and safety procedures. Assist with other front office duties as assigned to support hotel operations. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous customer service, hospitality, retail, or front desk experience is preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn hotel property management systems. Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment. Must be able to stand for extended periods and occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
