Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Hotel Front Desk Agent and Night Audit! In this energetic role, you will be the welcoming face of our hotel, ensuring every guest feels valued and cared for from check-in to check-out. During your night shift, you'll oversee the overnight operations, manage guest accounts, and ensure smooth hotel functioning. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help create memorable experiences for our guests while maintaining efficient front desk and night audit procedures. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with check-in and check-out procedures Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries promptly and courteously Handle guest requests, resolve issues efficiently, and ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay Conduct nightly audits of guest accounts, verifying charges, payments, and reservations to ensure accuracy Maintain security by monitoring CCTV surveillance, controlling access points, and conducting safety checks during overnight hours Prepare detailed shift reports, incident logs, and financial summaries to ensure seamless communication between shifts Assist with administrative tasks such as updating reservation systems and managing guest information securely Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel operations with a strong focus on guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Strong knowledge of front desk operations, including phone etiquette and multi-line phone systems Experience with night audit procedures and hotel management software is highly desirable Ability to handle stressful situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and hospitality standards Knowledge of resort or hotel experience enhances your ability to deliver exceptional guest relations Embark on a rewarding career where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
