Job Description
Front Desk Hotel Agent Elite Hotels Group is seeking a friendly, professional, and dependable Front Desk Hotel Agent to join our hospitality team. The Front Desk Agent is one of the first points of contact for our guests and plays an essential role in creating a welcoming, comfortable, and positive hotel experience. We are looking for someone who takes pride in providing exceptional customer service, is attentive to detail, and can confidently handle a variety of guest needs in a fast-paced hotel environment. Job Duties & Responsibilities The Front Desk Hotel Agent is responsible for providing outstanding guest service while supporting the daily operations of the hotel. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Assist guests with reservations, room assignments, billing, and general inquiries. Answer telephone calls and respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner. Provide information regarding hotel amenities, services, local attractions, dining, and transportation. Address guest concerns and complaints professionally, using sound judgment to resolve issues or involve management when necessary. Maintain accurate guest information and ensure all required documentation and procedures are completed. Process payments and maintain accurate records in accordance with hotel policies. Monitor hotel activity and communicate important information to management and other departments. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. Follow all hotel policies and procedures regarding guest privacy, safety, security, and key control. Assist with additional hotel operational duties as needed. Work cooperatively with housekeeping, maintenance, management, and other hotel departments to ensure a smooth guest experience. Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude while representing Elite Hotels Group . The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-service oriented, comfortable working independently, and able to remain calm and professional when handling challenging situations. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate who demonstrates a strong work ethic and genuine commitment to hospitality.
