In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for our guests, ensuring a premium experience through the seamless blend of operational excellence and high-end service. The ideal candidate is a proactive professional capable of navigating diverse responsibilities, including technical troubleshooting, facility maintenance, and the responsible service of beverages and sales. Core Responsibilities & Duties Guest Services & Administration:
Manage the guest life cycle, from initial inquiry to departure. Efficiently handle all guest check-ins, reservations, and payment collection processes. Provide thorough briefings on simulator usage, ensuring guests are comfortable with the technology and game launch procedures. Manage rental lockers and rented golf clubs.
Hospitality & Facility Management:
Ensure simulator bays are prepped, cleaned, and ready for incoming guests. Maintain the highest standards of cleanliness throughout the lounge and ancillary areas, including restrooms and common areas. Oversee inventory control, including restocking items in the bar and supply areas. Serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages responsibly, ensuring compliance with all local and state regulations. Utilize Point of Sale (POS) systems for all transaction processing. Provide technical support for the golf simulator software as needed. Uphold all facility safety and sanitation protocols.
Requirements:
Must be of legal age, 21 or older , to serve alcohol per local and state regulations. Basic knowledge of golf is a plus, but a passion for guest service is a must! Physical Requirements This role is physically active and requires the ability to perform the following tasks consistently: Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a shift. Ability to lift, carry, bend, stoop, and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 lbs. or more (e.g., golf bags, beverage stock).
