Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and personable Front Desk Agent to join our team at a premier hotel. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for hospitality management and guest relations, who thrive in a dynamic environment. Responsibilities 2- 3 Overnights per week 11:00 pm - 7:00 am Greet and welcome guests upon arrival with a friendly demeanor. Manage the check-in and check-out processes efficiently. Handle guest inquiries and provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Maintain accurate records of guest information and reservations. Assist with night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are processed correctly. Address guest complaints or concerns promptly and professionally. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction. Promote hotel services and upsell rooms or packages when appropriate. Maintain the front desk area in an organized and welcoming manner. We require Night Auditor to do some towels nightly. Must start breakfast setup and coffee. Requirements Must have previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations. Must be punctual. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Excellent communication skills; multilingual abilities are a plus. Familiarity with hospitality management software is advantageous. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
