Job Description

Job Summary Join our dynamic hospitality team as a Front Desk Agent, where you'll be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our guests. In this lively role, you'll deliver exceptional guest services, manage reservations, handle inquiries, and ensure a seamless check-in and check-out experience. Your energetic approach and attention to detail will help create memorable stays and foster guest loyalty. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your hospitality management skills while working in a vibrant resort environment. Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional check-in experience Manage guest reservations, cancellations, and modifications efficiently using multi-line phone systems Handle guest inquiries via phone, email, or in person with excellent phone etiquette and clear communication Assist guests with their needs, including room assignments, local information, and special requests Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest rooms are prepared and issues are resolved promptly Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in financial records Maintain guest relations by addressing concerns promptly and professionally to ensure satisfaction Promote hotel amenities and services to enhance the guest experience while upselling where appropriate Experience Previous experience in hotel management or front desk operations preferred but not required; training will be provided Strong customer service background with excellent interpersonal skills Multilingual or bilingual abilities highly desirable to assist diverse guests effectively Familiarity with hotel management software and multi-line phone systems is a plus Knowledge of hospitality industry standards, including guest relations and hotel operations Ability to handle night audit procedures confidently and accurately Experience working in a resort or similar hospitality setting is advantageous Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
