Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide efficient check-in and check-out services while maintaining excellent phone etiquette. Manage multi-line phone systems to handle reservations, inquiries, and guest requests promptly and professionally. Assist guests with their needs by providing information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay. Coordinate reservation processes using hotel management software, ensuring accuracy and timely updates. Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues swiftly to ensure satisfaction. Support night audit procedures by reconciling daily transactions, preparing reports, and ensuring financial accuracy. Maintain a clean, organized front desk area and ensure all guest interactions reflect the highest standards of hospitality management. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest requests or facility issues promptly. Promote hotel amenities and services to maximize guest engagement and satisfaction. Uphold security protocols by monitoring access points and ensuring guest safety throughout their stay. Experience Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a resort or hospitality environment is highly preferred. Bilingual or multilingual skills are advantageous for serving diverse guests effectively. Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced setting. Familiarity with hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems is essential. Previous experience with night audit procedures is a plus but not required; training will be provided. Knowledge of guest relations strategies and hospitality best practices will enable you to excel in this role. Excellent communication skills coupled with professional phone etiquette are vital for success in engaging with guests from diverse backgrounds.
