Job Description

Seeking a warm, welcoming, and professional Front Desk Associate to provide an exceptional guest experience while representing the Tru by Hilton spirit.
Job Responsibilities include:
Checking guests in and out, answering telephones, addressing guest concerns promptly and professionally, maintaining brand standards, processing payments, handling cash accurately, and ensuring all guests receive outstanding service throughout their stay. The ideal candidate must be able to multitask in a fast-paced hospitality environment while maintaining a positive and professional attitude.
Skill Requirements:
Cash handling, computer knowledge, telephone etiquette, guest service skills, conflict resolution, basic office equipment knowledge, attention to detail, safety and security awareness, and PCI/Credit Card understanding.
Physical Requirements:
Standing for extended periods of time, walking, bending, twisting, kneeling, lifting, and moving throughout the hotel as needed.
Education:
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Experience:
Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred, but not required. Willing to train the right individual with a strong work ethic and positive attitude.
Availability:
Full-time associates must maintain open availability, including weekends and holidays, as scheduling is based on hotel occupancy and business demands.
