This is a full-time, shift-based role with an afternoon shift schedule. The ideal candidate brings Hilton or hotel front desk experience , strong communication skills, and a passion for creating smooth check-ins, helpful service, and memorable stays. REQUIREMENTS
Greet guests and provide friendly, professional service at check-in and check-out. Verify reservations, confirm guest details, and update bookings accurately in the hotel system. Handle guest questions, concerns, and requests promptly while maintaining a calm, positive attitude. Process payments, manage room charges, and maintain accurate cash and card transactions. Maintain a strong working knowledge of hotel services, amenities, policies, and local area information. Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure guest needs are met. Follow all brand and property procedures for safety, security, and confidentiality. Complete front desk tasks and documentation accurately, including reports and shift change notes. Monitor and respond to incoming calls, messages, and emails in a timely manner. Resolve simple issues independently and escalate more complex matters to management as needed.
