The role of Front Desk Attendants is to greet and direct members, guests, and staff as they enter the facility . This position will assist members with inquiries about facility operations and policies and perform various administrative d uties. Responsibilities Connect with and check in with clients when they come into the facility Check upcoming daily schedules to ensure there are no conflicts or potential problems. Answer emails, Facebook messages, and voicemails Address client frustrations when necessary Inform staff daily of anything new added to the schedule and specifics on any accounts or appointments. Look through tasks on the checklist to ensure everything was thoroughly done during the previous shift. Monitor the back of the facility to ensure everyone has what they need, are where they need to be, and build relationships with clients. Ensure transitions between clients and areas go smoothly. Coordinate with coaches on planning events and details. Get information to marketing via Asana to make flyers. Enter the event onto Mindbody and send a specific coach a sign-up link. Follow up with registered participants to confirm the day, time, and equipment they should bring. Make sure any damages are repaired. Monitor all equipment to be sure it's in good condition and where it needs to be Coordinate with coaches for any special requests. Ordering supplies when needed (Equipment, products, cleaning supplies…) Required Skills Detail-oriented individual. Excellent customer service skills. Ability to communicate effectively with both staff and guests. Cash processing procedures. Computer skills. Self-starter Ability to look ahead on a schedule or event and catch potential problems before they happen
