Job Description

Burns, Henry & Kirksey ("BHK"), is looking to add an enthusiastic and friendly Front Desk Concierge / Office Assistant to join our team. BHK is a boutique real estate title and escrow company in Cleveland, Tennessee. With over 25 years of experience, our highly skilled attorneys and closing professionals conduct and coordinate our real estate closings. We commit to making each closing experience as smooth and enjoyable as possible. BHK aims to distinguish itself from other local title companies by offering a unique level of personalized title and escrow service, market knowledge and legal expertise. We offer a full array of real estate services to purchasers, sellers and lenders on real estate related transactions as well as estate planning, business formations, and probates. Our ideal candidate for this position will have a great work ethic, friendly demeanor, strong multi-tasking skills, passionate about our practice and our successes, and a strong desire to help others.

Primary Responsibilities:

Answering incoming phone calls. Warmly greet clients and let team-members know their appointment has arrived. Take photos and celebrate with clients post closing. Calling clients before and after closing to make sure they had an excellent experience. Maintain clean and welcoming closing rooms and reception area with stocked beverages. Handling office maintenance requests. (ie. IT department, handy-man, ordering office supplies) Sort and distribute incoming mail. Drop off the mail at the end of the day. Bake fresh cookies for closings.

Requirements:

Receptionist experience preferred. Great Customer Service. GED, high school equivalent. No real estate experience required. Handling multiple phone lines is a must.
