Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Guest Service Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a smooth check-in and check-out experience. This role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle guest inquiries efficiently. A background in hospitality is preferred. Duties Greet guests upon arrival and provide a warm welcome. Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently. Handle guest reservations and inquiries via multi-line phone systems. Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions. Address guest opportunities promptly to ensure satisfaction and enhance guest relations and the guest experience. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for guests. Uphold high standards of hospitality and customer service at all times. Experience Previous experience in a front desk role or restaurant hosting preferred. Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. Multilingual or bilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests. Familiarity with computer/hospitality software systems is beneficial. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends, as required by hotel operations.
