Front Desk Agent

Overview We are seeking a dedicated Front Desk Agent to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for hospitality and excellent customer service skills. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and interacting with guests, this role is perfect for you. Duties

• Greet guests upon arrival and provide them with information about services and amenities
• Check guests in and out of the hotel efficiently
• Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Operate the phone system to answer, screen, and forward calls
• Assist with night audit procedures as needed
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure guest satisfaction Requirements
• Previous experience in a front desk or hospitality role is preferred
• Knowledge of hotel management systems is a plus
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Bilingual or multilingual proficiency is advantageous
• Familiarity with guest relations best practices
• Comfortable using phone systems for handling calls
