Overview LaQuinta Inn & Suites Goodlettsville, TN is looking for an outgoing individual to serve as the face for our amazingly renovated hotel.. Our hotel was fully renovated at the end of March 2024. La Quinta Inn & Suites is located off I-65, near Long Hollow Pike. We are a local hotel that offers accommodations and easy access to top attractions and downtown Nashville. Our hotel goals are regardless of what a guests' needs are, we meet them with personalized attention only our Team can provide. No special skills are required but some requirements mean you have the potential to be a great front desk clerk and to start off with higher pay. Responsibilities
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide them with information about the hotel amenities and services.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring accuracy in guest reservations and billing.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and courtesy.
  • Maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is organized and presentable at all times.
  • Assist with phone calls, providing information about room availability, rates, and hotel policies.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure guest satisfaction throughout their stay.
  • Perform night audit duties as required, ensuring all financial transactions are accurately recorded. Skills
  • Strong guest services orientation with a passion for hospitality.
  • Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations gracefully.
  • Bilingual or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse guests.
  • Proficient in front desk operations within a hotel environment.
  • Knowledge of hotel management software is preferred but not required; training will be provided.
  • Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills are essential for effective guest interactions.
