About the
Role:
We're looking for a friendly, dependable Guest Service Associate to join our Frost Bake Shop team. This part-time position is perfect for someone who loves working with people, takes pride in a clean and welcoming space, and enjoys being part of a small, supportive team.
Pay:
$11.00

What You'll Do:
Greet every guest with warmth and help create a positive, memorable experience Answer phones and assist guests with product questions and orders Accurately handle cash and credit card transactions Keep bakery cases, refrigerators, and service areas stocked, organized, and looking great Assist with packaging and light inventory tasks Maintain a clean and inviting shop, including dishes, tables, display cases, and restrooms Jump in to help wherever needed—we're a team, and we support each other!
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, positive attitude and love for customer service Strong attention to detail and accuracy Ability to stay organized and multitask in a fast-paced environment Dependable and team-oriented mindset Basic comfort using a POS system and standard technology
Schedule & Physical Requirements:
Part-time hours 15-25 hours/week, including weekends and before major holidays Standing and walking for extended periods Frequent bending, reaching, and lifting (up to 50 lbs) Occasional time in a walk-in freezer (cold-weather gear provided)
