Please read the full job description before applying. We're looking for a Part-Time Front Desk Agent to join our award-winning Hampton team. This position requires open availability, including weekends, holidays, and the ability to work any shift (7A-3P, 3P-11P, 11P-7A). This position will be 3-4 days a week, Saturday and Sunday will be mandatory. Our hotel stays busy year-round with corporate travelers, sports teams, tour groups, families, and weekend guests, so we're looking for someone who enjoys a fast-paced environment and genuinely likes working with people. A great attitude, reliability, and strong customer service skills are just as important to us as experience. The front desk is the heart of the hotel. You'll be one of the first people our guests interact with. We're looking for someone who can make people feel welcome from the moment they walk through the doors. What You'll Be Doing Greeting guests and providing excellent customer service Checking guests in and out quickly and accurately Answering phones and helping guests with questions or requests Assisting guests with directions, local recommendations, and hotel information Handling payments and basic cash/card transactions Helping keep the lobby and front desk area clean and welcoming Setting up guest hospitality items like coffee, water, cookies, and popcorn during scheduled times Working closely with other departments to help the hotel run smoothly Following hotel procedures and daily checklists What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and professional Someone who works well with both guests and coworkers Strong communication and multitasking skills Comfortable in a busy environment Basic computer and math skills Ability to stand and move around for long periods of time Professional appearance and willingness to follow uniform guidelines High school diploma or equivalent Must be able to pass a background check Why Work With Us?
