What You'll Do Welcome guests with a friendly, professional attitude during check-in and check-out. Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries. Provide outstanding guest service by anticipating and resolving guest needs. Process payments, handle cash, and maintain accurate guest accounts. Assist guests with local recommendations and hotel amenities. Monitor arrivals, departures, room availability, and special requests. Communicate effectively with Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Management to ensure a seamless guest experience. Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk and lobby. Complete daily reports, shift paperwork, and follow hotel procedures. Promote IHG One Rewards enrollment and other hotel initiatives. Follow all safety, security, and brand standards. What We're Looking For Friendly, dependable, and professional personality. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to multitask while maintaining attention to detail. Comfortable using computers and learning hotel software. Positive attitude with a willingness to work as part of a team. Previous hotel or customer service experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person.
