Responsibilities:

• Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and accurately
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries
• Provide information about hotel facilities, services, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests and complaints promptly and effectively
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and reservations
• Collaborate with other hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction

Requirements:

• Previous experience in hotel management or customer service is preferred
• Familiarity with phone systems and hospitality management software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of front desk operations and guest services
• Proficiency in phone etiquette and customer service best practices
• Fluency in multiple languages is a plus
