Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing exceptional customer service and clear communication to ensure a positive first impression Manage hotel reservations using property management systems (PMS) Assist guests with check-in and check-out procedures efficiently while maintaining accuracy in billing and payment processing Respond promptly to guest inquiries via phone or in person, offering solutions for their needs and resolving issues with professionalism and tact Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to fulfill guest requests and ensure room readiness Uphold hotel emergency procedures, including safety protocols and crisis management, to guarantee guest safety at all times Handle night audit responsibilities, balancing accounts and preparing reports to close daily operations effectively Maintain detailed records of guest interactions, reservations, and incident reports to support operational transparency and quality assurance Demonstrate proficiency in hospitality reservation systems, property management systems (PMS), and front desk technology tools Exhibit excellent phone etiquette while managing multiple lines, ensuring clear communication with guests, vendors, and team members Experience Previous experience working in a hotel is highly preferred, especially in front desk or guest services roles Strong knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest relations and customer service problem-solving Bilingual or multilingual abilities are advantageous for communicating with diverse clientele Familiarity with hotel management software such or similar PMS platforms is essential Experience handling night audit procedures enhances your suitability for this role Demonstrated ability to manage front desk operations efficiently while maintaining a positive attitude under pressure Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures ensures preparedness for unexpected situations Embark on a rewarding career where your hospitality talents make a difference!
