Key Responsibilities Guest Check-In and Check-Out :
Efficiently manage the check-in and check-out processes, verifying guest information and processing payments accurately.
Reservations Management :
Handle reservations through various channels, including phone, email, and online booking systems. Confirm bookings, make adjustments, and manage cancellations.
Customer Service :
Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services. Address guest inquiries and resolve complaints promptly to ensure satisfaction.
Administrative Tasks :
Perform general administrative duties, including answering phone calls, managing correspondence, and maintaining accurate records of guest information and transactions.
Collaboration :
Work closely with other departments, such as housekeeping and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery and address guest needs effectively.
Qualifications Education :
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in hospitality or related fields is a plus.
Experience :
Previous customer service experience is required, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
Skills :
Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in using hotel management software is often preferred. Work Environment Front Desk Agents typically work in hotels, resorts, or other hospitality establishments. The role may involve shift work, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs.
Pay:
$12.00 - $14.00 per hour
