In Person Position Overview Candlewood Suites is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and customer-focused individual to join our Front Desk team as a Part-Time Weekend Front Desk Associate. We are specifically looking for someone who is available to work Saturday and Sunday from 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM . The ideal candidate will be reliable, punctual, professional, friendly, and committed to providing excellent service to our guests.

Weekend Schedule Saturday:

7:00 AM - 3:00

PM Sunday:

7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Applicants must be available to work both weekend shifts. Key Responsibilities Welcome guests warmly and provide professional, friendly service. Complete guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently. Answer incoming phone calls and assist guests with questions and requests. Manage reservations and make changes when necessary. Process guest payments and maintain accurate guest accounts. Address guest concerns professionally and communicate issues to management when needed. Provide information about hotel amenities, policies, and local attractions. Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk and lobby area. Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams. Assist with daily front desk operations and follow all hotel policies and procedures. Maintain guest confidentiality and professionalism at all times. Complete other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred. Excellent customer service and communication skills. Professional phone etiquette. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer skills. Experience with hotel reservation or property-management systems is a plus. Bilingual or multilingual skills are a plus. Must be dependable, punctual, and professional. Must be available to work Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM-3:00 PM .
