Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, check them in efficiently, and provide information about hotel amenities and local attractions Manage multi-line phone systems with professionalism, answering inquiries and directing calls promptly Handle guest requests, complaints, and special accommodations with a positive attitude to ensure guest satisfaction Conduct night audits and reconcile daily financial transactions accurately to maintain operational integrity Maintain guest records, reservations, and billing information with attention to detail and confidentiality Assist in coordinating guest services such as transportation, dining reservations, and room upgrades Uphold excellent phone etiquette and guest relations standards to foster a hospitable environment Skills Strong background in hospitality management and customer service with previous hotel experience preferred Multilingual or bilingual abilities to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Knowledge of hotel management systems and front desk operations to streamline check-in/out processes Experience with night audit procedures and handling multi-line phone systems efficiently Exceptional guest relations skills with a focus on hospitality excellence and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a friendly demeanor under pressure Familiarity with resort environments or large-scale hotels is a plus Embark on a rewarding career where your enthusiasm for hospitality makes a difference!
