About the Role As the Calendar & Guest Experience Specialist, you'll be the heartbeat of our studio operations — balancing logistics, guest communications, and concierge-level service. You'll ensure every client interaction reflects our commitment to elegance, efficiency, and warmth. Key Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize the studio's calendar, scheduling portrait sessions, consultations, and viewings with precision and foresight.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients — greeting guests, confirming appointments, and guiding them through each step of their portrait experience.
• Coordinate with photographers, stylists, and production teams to ensure seamless session logistics.
• Anticipate client needs and provide personalized, luxury-level service that exceeds expectations.
• Maintain accurate records of bookings, preferences, and follow-ups in the studio CRM.
• Support studio events and client appreciation initiatives with enthusiasm and attention to detail. Qualifications
• Proven experience in calendar management, guest services, or concierge roles — preferably in a luxury, hospitality, or creative environment.
• Outstanding organizational and multitasking skills.
• Warm, professional communication style — both in person and over the phone/email.
• A natural problem solver with impeccable attention to detail.
• Tech-savvy with scheduling tools and CRM systems.
