Your energetic and positive attitude will set the tone for guest satisfaction, ensuring smooth check-ins, efficient communication, and exceptional customer service. This role offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality management skills, multilingual abilities, and passion for guest relations in a fast-paced environment. Whether managing reservations or assisting with guest inquiries, your enthusiasm will drive our commitment to excellence and guest happiness. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide a friendly, professional check-in experience. Manage multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to handle inquiries, reservations, and guest requests efficiently. Assist guests with check-out procedures, billing questions, and special requests to ensure a seamless experience. Maintain accurate records of guest information, reservations, and room assignments using hotel management software. Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, escalating issues when necessary to ensure satisfaction. Support night audit procedures by reconciling accounts and preparing reports to ensure financial accuracy overnight. Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and maintain high standards of hotel cleanliness and safety. Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or hotel front desk operations with a strong focus on customer service. Bilingual or multilingual skills to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world. Knowledge of hotel management systems and multi-line phone systems for efficient operations. Excellent guest relations skills with a friendly demeanor and proactive approach to service. Strong organizational skills to manage reservations, check-ins/check-outs, and administrative tasks seamlessly. Ability to handle night audit responsibilities with attention to detail and accuracy. Familiarity with resort environments or large hotels is a plus for understanding high-volume guest interactions.
