Job Description

Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience from check-in to check-out. This role requires excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle various tasks in a fast-paced environment. A background in hotel management or hospitality is preferred, along with strong communication skills. Responsibilities Greet guests upon arrival with a warm and friendly demeanor Manage check-in and check-out processes efficiently Respond to guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly Handle reservations and provide information about hotel services and amenities Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions Operate multi-line phone systems, managing calls with professionalism and courtesy Assist with guest relations duties as required Collaborate with other departments to ensure guest satisfaction Uphold high standards of guest relations and hospitality at all times Requirements Previous experience in a front desk or customer service role within the hotel or resort industry is preferred Strong hospitality management skills with an emphasis on guest services Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed Proficient in using hotel management software and multi-line phone systems Strong organizational skills with attention to detail Join our team as a Front Desk Agent where you can make a positive impact on our guests' experiences while advancing your career in the hospitality industry!
