As the face of our hotel, you'll create memorable first impressions, assist guests throughout their stay, and help ensure every guest has an exceptional experience.

Responsibilities:

Welcome guests with a warm, professional attitude and provide exceptional customer service Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Answer phone calls, make reservations, and respond to guest inquiries Resolve guest concerns quickly and professionally while creating positive guest experiences Maintain accurate guest accounts and process payments Follow hotel brand standards, policies, and procedures Communicate effectively with housekeeping, maintenance, and management to ensure guest needs are met Keep the front desk, lobby, and work areas clean, organized, and guest-ready Assist with guest requests, local recommendations, and special accommodations Complete shift reports and ensure smooth communication between shifts

Qualifications:

Outstanding customer service and communication skills OPEN availability Friendly, professional, and positive attitude Strong computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable attendance and punctuality Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed Previous hotel, hospitality, retail, or customer service experience is preferred but not required
