Front Desk Clerk/Night Audit

Greet guests immediately with a friendly and sincere welcome. Use a positive and clear speaking voice, listen to and understand requests, respond with appropriate action and provide accurate information such as outlet hours and local attractions. Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service. Greet, check in and settle guest accounts while ensuring all service standards are followed. Assist guests with hotel inquiries and concerns. Provide guests with hotel facilities/amenities in an information and helpful way. Follow policies, procedures, and service standards. Collaborate with team members to communicate what you see and hear to staff and management to ensure the guests' needs are being met. Utilize the freedom to go beyond to take initiative to resolve guest complaints and create loyalty. Wash, Dry, and Fold Laundry as needed Perform other duties as assigned by
