Full-Time Front Office Agent:
Front Office Hosts are responsible for the guest registration process, the departure process as well as for the communication of hotel services and promotions. Individuals in this role do assist in all aspects of the guest arrival and departure experience including but not limited to luggage assistance, luggage delivery, valet parking, and property tours. This highly visible role gives opportunity for casual conversation and has a direct impact on creating the guest experience. Other duties may include processing forms of payment and responding to guest inquires. You'll be the face of Miraval Austin as a member of our Front Office team. Qualifications A true desire to satisfy the needs of others in a fast-paced environment Refined verbal and written communication skills Ability to stand for long periods of time Must have schedule flexibility, to include weekends and holidays Previous Hospitality experience preferred but not required Valid Driver's License due to frequently driving hotel and/or guest vehicles Ability to lift, push, pull moderate weight up to 75 lbs We offer excellent benefits: iAm Days to spend a paid 8 hours experiencing Miraval, twice per year
