We're looking for someone who enjoys helping others, takes pride in their work, and understands that the first smile a guest sees can make all the difference. What You'll Do Welcome every guest with a genuine smile and make them feel at home from the moment they walk through our doors. Check guests in and out, answer phones, make reservations, and assist with guest requests. Keep the front desk, lobby, market, fitness center, guest laundry, and public areas clean, organized, and welcoming throughout your shift. Communicate important guest information with your teammates to ensure a seamless guest experience. Take ownership of your shift by staying engaged, looking for ways to help, and creating memorable experiences for our guests. Follow IHG brand standards while helping maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming hotel. What We're Looking For Someone who genuinely enjoys helping people and creating memorable guest experiences. A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and the ability to stay calm and professional in a fast-paced environment. Someone who takes initiative, stays productive throughout their shift, and looks for ways to help without being asked. A team player who communicates well and is always willing to jump in where needed. Someone who takes pride in keeping the front desk, lobby, and public areas clean, organized, and guest-ready. Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask while providing exceptional customer service. Reliable, dependable, and committed to showing up ready to make a difference every day. Hotel experience is preferred but not required—we're happy to train the right person with the right attitude.
