Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a friendly and professional first impression Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and hotel management software Handle guest requests, complaints, and inquiries with enthusiasm, ensuring swift resolutions that exceed expectations Maintain accurate reservation records, room assignments, and billing information while coordinating with housekeeping and maintenance teams Conduct night audits to reconcile daily financial transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with hotel policies Provide information about hotel amenities, local attractions, dining options, and transportation services in multiple languages as needed Uphold phone etiquette standards by managing incoming calls professionally while directing inquiries appropriately Foster positive guest relations through personalized service, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving during all interactions Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or hospitality management roles with a strong background in front desk operations Exceptional customer service skills with a passion for creating memorable guest experiences Bilingual or multilingual proficiency to communicate effectively with diverse guests from around the world Previous experience with night audit procedures and multi-line phone systems is highly desirable Knowledge of hotel experience standards, guest services protocols, and hospitality best practices Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to handle guest interactions professionally Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality experiences!
