Part-Time / Full-Time About Us KidTopia is a clean, safe, and welcoming indoor playground designed for children and families. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys working with people and helping maintain a fun environment for kids. Responsibilities- Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
- Process admissions, memberships, and party reservations
- Answer phone calls and customer inquiries
- Monitor play areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
- Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, chairs, and common areas throughout the day
- Assist with party setup and cleanup
- Restock supplies and maintain an organized facility
- Follow opening and closing procedures
- Provide excellent customer service to families and children Qualifications
- Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working independently
- Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
- Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Schedule
- Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Flexible availability is a plus Compensation
