Part-Time / Full-Time About Us KidTopia is a clean, safe, and welcoming indoor playground designed for children and families. We are looking for a friendly, dependable team member who enjoys working with people and helping maintain a fun environment for kids. Responsibilities

• Welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out
• Process admissions, memberships, and party reservations
• Answer phone calls and customer inquiries
• Monitor play areas to ensure cleanliness and safety
• Clean and sanitize play equipment, tables, chairs, and common areas throughout the day
• Assist with party setup and cleanup
• Restock supplies and maintain an organized facility
• Follow opening and closing procedures
• Provide excellent customer service to families and children Qualifications
• Friendly, positive, and professional attitude
• Reliable and punctual
• Comfortable working independently
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to clean and maintain a high standard of cleanliness
• Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
• Previous customer service experience is preferred but not required Schedule
• Weekdays, weekends, and holidays as needed
• Flexible availability is a plus Compensation
• Starting at $12/hour
