Mondays & Wednesdays, 2:00 PM
- 8:00 PM; Thursdays 4-8 PM; Saturdays 9 AM
- 3:00 PM; possible hours in person on Tuesdays available and Fridays remotely

Our center is a bustling, positive environment filled with eager students and supportive families. We are looking for the face of our center—a vibrant, reliable front desk receptionist who can keep our operations running smoothly while making everyone feel welcome!

Highly Organized & Reliable:
You take pride in being punctual and dependable. You know where everything is and can keep the front desk immaculate. Key Responsibilities Warmly greet students and parents as they arrive and leave the center. Manage the check-in/check-out process for students efficiently. Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and handle basic parent inquiries with a helpful attitude. Maintain an organized front desk area, managing student folders and daily paperwork. Coordinate with the Center Director to ensure class days run smoothly. Provide a positive, encouraging atmosphere for children of all ages. Be able to carry buckets of folders and be on your feet for hours at a time, as well as, possibly walking around a classroom. Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel, Email). Neat handwriting good note-taking skills Proficient phone and conversational ability Qualifications Previous experience in customer service, reception, or working with children is a big plus (but we will train the right person!). Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Must be fully reliable and available to work in-person during all scheduled class days.
