Job Overview We are seeking an energetic and welcoming Front Desk Agent / Guest Service Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests. In this vital role, you will create memorable experiences by providing exceptional customer service, managing guest inquiries, and ensuring smooth check-in and check-out processes. Responsibilities Greet guests warmly upon arrival, ensuring a friendly and professional first impression Manage all aspects of guest check-in and check-out efficiently using hotel management systems such as OPERA or similar platforms Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with patience and proactive solutions, ensuring their needs are met promptly Maintain accurate records of reservations, cancellations, and guest preferences to enhance personalized service Operate multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette to assist callers and direct inquiries appropriately Enforce hotel policies and emergency procedures confidently to ensure guest safety and comfort at all times Collaborate with housekeeping, maintenance, and management teams to address guest concerns swiftly and effectively Support night audit functions when required, ensuring financial accuracy and reporting compliance Skills Proven experience in hospitality management or front desk operations within hotels or resorts Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle diverse guest needs professionally Multilingual or bilingual abilities are highly desirable to serve a diverse clientele effectively Familiarity with hotel management software such as OPERA or similar systems is preferred Knowledge of hotel emergency procedures and guest relations best practices Excellent communication skills coupled with courteous phone etiquette and proficiency in multi-line phone systems Previous resort experience or hotel experience is advantageous for understanding hospitality nuances Join us in delivering outstanding guest experiences by combining your passion for hospitality with your dedication to service excellence.
