Duties Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel. Manage guest check-in and check-out processes efficiently using multi-line phone systems and front desk software. Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints with professionalism and a solutions-oriented approach. Coordinate reservations, cancellations, and room assignments to optimize occupancy. Conduct night audits to reconcile daily transactions, ensuring accuracy in billing and records. Maintain excellent guest relations by offering personalized service and addressing special needs or preferences. Assist with administrative tasks such as answering phones with proper phone etiquette and managing guest information securely. Qualifications Proven experience in hotel management or front desk operations within a hospitality setting. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively in multiple languages; bilingual abilities are highly valued. Knowledge of hospitality management principles, including guest services, reservations, and night audit procedures. Exceptional interpersonal skills to build rapport with diverse guests and team members. Familiarity with multi-line phone systems, front desk technology, and hotel management software. Ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail. Previous hotel experience in resort or similar hospitality environments is preferred.
